the value for money was excellent - we got a huge and clean room with a king-sized bed, bathroom, and even our own veranda. The attention to detail was evident, from the basic amenities provided to the bathtub in the room. The hotel's location was another highlight, as it was close to Guadalupe church, a major attraction for Catholics. Moreover, the staff was very accommodating and even assisted us in finding a taxi to the church. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was delicious and a great start to the day.
No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable and reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities and services provided. Secondly, the location was great. Being near the cafeteria was convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat, and the hotel's proximity to the Guadalupe church was a bonus for Catholic tourists like myself. Lastly, I really enjoyed having a room with its own veranda. It was a nice touch and provided a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the views. The room itself was clean and comfortable, complete with a king-sized bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The breakfast served at the hotel was also satisfying.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory.

Our stay during Thanksgiving was pleasant. The hotel offered a variety of amenities such as a clean pool and efficient air conditioning in all rooms. Our room was also located in a convenient spot, making it easy for us to access key areas in the hotel. the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable and had a decent selection.
The hotel is in dire need of maintenance. The furniture in the room appeared worn out, and there were water leak stains on the ceiling.

This hotel is conveniently located near the Guadalupe church and Robinsons mall, and is easily accessible by taxi. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the pool area is clean. Some rooms have excellent air conditioning.
Some aspects of the hotel, such as the outdated furniture and lack of maintenance, may not appeal to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and offers affordable rates that are hard to beat. The staff was friendly and efficient, attending to our needs promptly. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the variety of options offered.
The hotel could use some renovations and updating of its facilities as they look quite dated. , noise levels were high, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
